Genomic Health is looking to hire a motivated teammate to represent and sell its genomic test, Oncotype DX, for the Breast and Colon Oncology markets. As a Regional Oncogenomic Liaison (“ROL”), you will use your experience to establish relationships in target markets. You are responsible for cultivating existing opportunities, developing strategies to build sales pipeline, and executing on business plans. Your familiarity with genomic tests and/or experience working with Medical Oncologists, Breast Cancer Surgeons, and/or Pathologists is ideal as you are expected to clearly articulate the benefits of Oncotype DX.

The Regional Urogenomic Liaison or (RUL) in the Miami area and will develop and implement a plan to maximize the utilization of our products in the most productive (targeted) accounts while staying within budget. The plan should support the corporate objectives and highlight the delivery of our key selling messages. It should also include providing a high-level of service toward being the best in class for an assay provider. The RUL (field sales professional) plans are used to solve challenging problems in a dynamic environment. The plans should emphasize the need to build & maintain comprehensive relationships and develop "key" contact & account records in GHI CRM system to manager these relationships with GHI. To do this plan the RUL must have, or be able to quickly develop, a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical / political issues. The RUL will devote whatever time is necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.

The Sales Oncology Liaison is responsible for maximizing the potential of product in key accounts, whilst staying within budget determined for the territory in France of: SE France PACA LANGEDOC ROUSSILLON. Key activities are delivering the selling messages, providing a high-level of customer service toward being a best in class assay provider, and solving challenging problems in a dynamic environment. He/she will have a track record in oncology sales (ideally breast cancer) and with existing contacts of private healthcare clinics/hospitals in this region, the individual will engage with physicians and KOLs to further develop sales in existing and new accounts. He/she will also build and maintain comprehensive understanding of his/her customer needs and develop key account records to manage these relationships. Reporting to the Country Manager or other such person as designated by the company, the Sales Oncology Liaison will join a small organization in start-up phase, have an entrepreneurial mind set with an ability to work autonomously, support the country manager with sales leads out of the region and have a willingness to travel where necessary. Furthermore, they will attend international and national conferences/meetings. Due to the complexity of medical oncology diagnostics, a person who has a medical/scientific background with an ability to analyze data, and who is well-organized, flexible and passionate about working with such products is most likely to succeed.
