As a Human Resources Business Partner (“HRBP”) at Genomic Health, you will be based in our Redwood City, California office and report to the Associate Director, Human Resources (“AD, HR”), providing HR support to teams in the Lab Operations and Commercial organizations. The Senior Manager, HRMS is directly responsible for planning and directing the establishment and ongoing administration of core global Human Resources Information Systems via operational objectives and assignments to support short- and long-range Human Resources goals. Oversees the analysis, specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal company-wide use. Manages relationships with vendors and ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance. Often consults with and influences other HR team members and other functional department management in gaining support and developing company-wide use of HRMS functions. Establishes data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration.
The Senior Manager, HRMS is also responsible for quarterly Human Resources metrics data gathering, formatting and publishing a report to management. In addition, will be chartered with developing analytics capability for assessing organizational trends and making recommendations for improvements and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, articulate, highly-motivated achiever with a passion for the Human Resources function and utilize professional experience to resolve complex issues of diverse scope where thorough and creative analysis of data requires a review of various factors within the context of company policies and procedures.

The Executive Administrative Assistant and HR Projects, Human Resources provides Executive Administrative support to the Chief People Officer and the HR Senior Staff. In addition, this position acts as back-up and team-member to support the Corporate offices of the CEO and COO and assists with corporate all employee events. In this highly visible role, the individual will handle details of an extremely confidential and critical nature. The person in this position has an important role in supporting a positive employee experience and acts a culture ambassador. They accomplish human resource objectives; develop and maintain a detailed project schedule; while managing and implementing assigned HR Projects. The individual will demonstrate positive accountability practices to ensure excellence in executing responsibilities and projects.
As EMEA Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will align human resources processes, programs and systems with the business strategies and objectives. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers located in our European countries regarding the application of total rewards programs; individual and team performance; and talent management processes and programs. You will work closely with our HR specialist teams located in our main office in Redwood City, California, USA. You will partner with all EMEA teams to continue to develop a productive and engaging work environment. The position reports to the HR Senior Director, International, Information Technology, Operations and Learning and Development who is located in our main office. This role is based in Geneva, Switzerland
